Terms of Use – Photoglide

1. Purpose

Photoglide is a platform that allows:

• Photographers to publish their photos related to water sports,
• Practitioners (“waterpersons”) to search for photos by location and date,
• And to facilitate potential contact between the two.

Access to the site is free. Some features may require user registration.

2. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, photos, logos, the name Photoglide®, site structure, etc.) is protected.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
Photos published remain the exclusive property of their respective authors.

3. Liability

Photoglide strives to provide a reliable service, but:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy of content published by users,
• Cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or errors.

4. Published Content

Users agree not to publish:

• Any violent, pornographic, child pornographic, discriminatory, or irrelevant content,
• Any photos for which they do not hold the necessary rights.

User Responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish on Photoglide.
Photographers in particular guarantee that they hold the necessary rights to the photos they upload (including copyright and image rights of persons depicted).
Photoglide cannot be held liable for any content published by its users.
Photoglide reserves the right to moderate or remove any non-compliant content.

5. User Contact

Users may contact photographers through an integrated feature.
Photoglide does not take part in any transactions between users and disclaims all liability in this regard.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law, regardless of the user’s nationality or location.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will lie with the courts of the publisher’s registered location.
